    Well spotted Crash, I missed that. Wesley and Jared could each sell 5% of their holding & Wesley did exactly that (260k shares out of 5.2m). If Jared did the same that would only be another 160k. Still not close to 1m. Was in the deed so suggest nothing's gone foul with takeover talks.
