He sold at 10cps to help fund his commitment at 13cps
Perhaps he was hoping or planning to get a better on-market price for his sales, although the 1:1 attached options in the placement would help soften the blow.
It's a bit on the nose that the directors endorsed the placement with their $1m commitment but we now find that one of them(so far) was selling on-market to part fund that.
