Some very big holders who are amicable and generous SH on the registry... or the majority of SH... are clearly in favour of such rewards. I wonder why? A nanosecond of contemplation concludes that they must have faith in the LT SP being higher than it is now and being achieved by the current board and management. The fact that the SP doesn't reflect that suggests perhaps it is the Top SH or LT holders trading the stock and in the process, suppressing the SP simply because they can.
