I've spoken to a few members of the board over time and have contacts with founders. The general view is 12 mnths of pain, then significant growth. One large shareholder has looked at this closely - he's also a mining engineer and mine owner independantly. He's staying in and will look to increase holdings over time. Keep in mind, these people make mistakes like the rest of us.
That said - there's a looming chance (conjecture only) that Hans will look to take it over and go private. That's the big risk here.
