What they gave him over $1M is stock for free on top of his salary when the market cap of the entire company is $92M!!
Surely not.
Why is the price 10.8c then & not the SP at the time? It's never been 10.8c so if they're just giving him a certain number of units the price is irrelevant unless it's a cash value converted to stock at a discounted rate which would be even worse!!
He certainly hasn't earned it IMO
