Yes!! Difficult to argue anything you say.

Someone has decided today to dump half a million shares. I estimate around a million have gone through in the last few weeks. That says to me a broker or more are snatching up cheap stock with some assurance that the next move is up.

Escrowed stock emerges in June. Those freeby shares will dilute whatever the then stock price is, by likely 50% unless the company can stimulate a significant price increase.

The IPO strategy to make freeby shareholders rich seems to have backfired. Unless this Board can pull a rabbit out of a hat, we are headed for sub 5 cent fundraiser. I wait for that rabbit and it could be days away. A corporate move could be on the cards.

The Board appears to be bereft of any way to manage this company’s financial position. I think that is pretty clear.

The last quarterly suggests they can make their $2 million bank account stretch out to August. Laughable unless they have determined only Director and management fees will be spent.
