Thanks for sharing this @timbowls. I thought your email was very polite and obviously well thought out. Mine would have been a lot blunter!

The nature of the response says a lot about management and where their priorities are. The structure of TOT/TGP and the historic behaviour of management suggest to me that TOT is run for the benefit of TGP which isn't necessarily aligned with minority shareholders.

I also have concerns around the value of the Cremorne property. They spent all that money to make it pretty and yet still no takers. It seems bizarre to me that the value can increase despite TOT being unable to find a tenant.
