You are confusing critisizing the management team and BOD, which are basically employees as they are getting paid to do their duties, with critisizing the business and company. This is a great investment but tarnished by rogue CEO and directors.
They are not funders, nor owners. If they are not fit for their role, they should go. That is performance management. Too bad DRO doesn't have a strong majority shareholder, otherwise these toxic people would have been gone long ago.
