Yik. Another batch of shares trading to take profit. Back to back years too.

Disappointing we approved another batch of ZEPOs. Suppose Oleg, Peter and Jethro can sell without fear of missing out on big gains because when they hit $200m in revenue they reap another batch (Oleg gets another 15m alone).

Peter, Jethro and Oleg certainly not short of $$. If i were them i'd probably have wanted to do the same - high risk small cap, most of my wealth tied into it and by selling I significantly derisk myself from the company flopping or being crushed.

Fuming to see these. Last time they sold I followed suit, and the SP dipped a bit before then climbing an ultimately a new sale Ann came. Was scratching my head why they'd do that. But apparently these sales are very unpredictable.

Since they last sold, SP has more than doubled (closer to tripled) so while its not ideal to see ultimately it has 0 bearing on my investment thesis. It certainly helps explain the sudden drop too.

Make sure you ask Oleg to buy you a drink or a coffee if you ever bump into him. Guys loaded...
