There's no independence on the board, only 3 directors, one of which is the MD
(a) They've just dumped shares valued at $11.8m that they awarded themselves (magic!), over 3x more than the underlying earnings that the company generated in FY23 which was $3m. Bizarrely, in their earnings charts they include tax benefits, $6m in FY23.
(b) They sold after advertising on Hotcopper.
(c) They will likely award themselves options and shares that soak up much of future earnings, so while we'll probably see strong earnings growth, EPS growth (which is all that really matters) will be far less.
