It's on the "discussion thread". The directors awarded themselves a vast amount of shareholders' money in the form of free zero-exercise-price options in January. Now they've cashed in pretty much the whole lot.
Long-term holders won't be surprised. The senior board members have taken every opportunity to enrich themselves with shareholder money. There was a long and bitter discussion here in the lead-up. I'm not going to reignite the debate by trying to summarise the arguments.
Just get used to this.
