Literally Zero right now for the most part.
RSS units can only be excercised at revenue target I believe. I dont think they count as voting rights until then but not sure.
My note is, vote no on remuneration report while they have no power at all. If they want to sell we might as well just remove the board members and put in new ones.
At this stage we could probably have a new CEO as well for half the cost. The product is selling itself, they have the right team. Id say the board and CEO are on the way out no matter what now really, they have no expertise in this field so really they offer nothing anymore.
