The first thing i would have done is replace senior management and the second thing would have to found a different company to provide finance. This combination is simply not creating wealth for shareholders which is shown by over a 90% fall in price in a 2 year period and once the dust settles after the current raising and the 600 million shares are distributed to retail investors its pretty obvious a share consolidation will be required as you cant raise a further $7 million at .002 to complete purchase conditions of the lease.
