No idea LNR financed by INYATI CAPITAL ,and there a complex multi stage purchase agreement between multiple companies with associated directors who all stand to benefial substantially financially in one way or another if the purchase agreement is fulfilled within the 2 year time period. If the opportunity arises for you to make a reasonable profit take it, as LNR burnt a lot of retail shareholders while creating substantial wealth for institutional investors. I ended up making $280k on RSG once the short positions were finially closed but that was a well orchestrated transaction. The 2 directors of the company shorting RSG paid themselves an $80 million performance bonus last year. INYATI are just small fry in comparison providing small amounts of funding to struggling small cap mining and spec stocks. Hopefully you do ok here but be fast to lock in profits if the opportunity arises as charts don’t lie and the sp has fallen from .06 to .002/.003 in a 2 year period so obviously a share consolidation is only a matter of time and there never financially rewarding for participants
