why does Todd and OCJ are issued their shares one whole month before retail shareholders.
They would then have the opportunity to sell their new into mkt one month before retail shareholders even get their shares.
It is not an equal R/I at all.
I think I know why.
It is because RHK has run out of cash, and needs cash ASAP.
Poor form all round IMHO.
