Does Ross have a vision of going "Back to the Future!":
With a 4 Mil. share top up places Ross @ 58.5% of this listed company - will other shareholders benefit as ASH recovers?
Then again, is now a timely level for Ross to seek funds to take ASH private?
HC showed the MC @ $33.11 Mil this morning, Ross's share holding = $19,038250
At this morning SP, Ross would need $14,071,750 to buy out the company - if he can get it without a premium!?
If ASH can get back to 82 cents, Ross would need more than $50 million to take out his fellow shareholders!
As mentioned above - ASH's market capital was showing on HC this morning @ $33.11 Mil!
From this point, how might the SP pan out as ASH potentially recovers from recent mis-adventure/ Appears Ross has favourable expectations!
