I think the most logical answer is that Nick is as biased as anyone about the true state of affairs of the company. He has now bought several times on market and through capital raises, and every single one of his buys in the time I've followed the company (18+ months) is underwater. You can't fault his commitment to the cause, but perhaps his understanding of his company's own financial position needs a bit of a touch up.
