What are they? Labor is in a difficult position, they have made a lot of election promises in the rare earths and EV space and it's time to come good with them. They will do anything to make it appear they are spending taxpayers, oops, voters money wisely for the next election.

Don't get me wrong ARU is a fair play for development (hence Gina entering) but only if someone else covers the costs of labour and construction. The stake she has taken is an insurance policy, or advance notice of the governments funding intention. Gina will skim off the profits or take it out, or let some other entity have it once the 'terms and conditions' expire, at a profit of course!

I have upgraded my sentiment OPINION to hold by the way, the sell one was really a default I generally use.
