Equity is needed - lots of it and this appears to be directed to prevent substantial raising at fair value - minimal dilution. It smacks of anti Lynas tactics unfortunately. Seriously hard to fathom the Nolan's project so advanced - all approvals - shovel ready and now the Aus federal Gov backing is being attacked by shorts and destroying fair value!


China will not ban RE exports - in fact they still have 10% discount tarriff attached to such. Other critical minerals they have banned or restricted exports - RE only the processing/refining tech bans. Anyway they are clearly losing their grip on RE supply - who knows perhaps they will do an about face and turn prices substantially upwards and make hay. You reckon it's tough for Lynas over many years and now ARU'S turn - what chance do other projects have,

The only way this can be addressed is a blanket ban of shorting on critical minerals companies in National Security interests for a 3 year period. Just how good are the likes of Lynas and their backers to prevail all and sundry and similar with Syrah and their Australian Super backing just to name a couple.
