ILUKA have not received anything but an agreement for a loan facility upto 1 billion. Iluka are now after the Gov for more $$ as their CAPEX has ballooned out even though they just payed a dividend - Iluka have had delays with FEED completion. The 1 billion is guaranteed by the stockpile of tailings holding their RE'S - There even is conjecture over whom owns those tailings which I have not delved into but it garners a lot of discussion over at ILU.
These are some of the reasons ARU was first cab off the rank with recent company making announcement.
