Some perspective needed here.
The new MD's performance bonuses, whilst welcome, are on the back of an eyewatering $690k salary which, by the way, is a 53% increase on the previous MD's remuneration. Only time will tell if that's justified.
In my mind, he only has the remainder of this year to deliver the final financing package. Every one of his performance milestones are operations-focused/linked.
