I am not the premiere resource on this matter but in the other chat I stated that I believe they will announce the MRE upgrade approx 1 month to 2 weeks prior to next quarterly, followed by cap raise to satisfy the funding for two quarters requirement at that quarterly.
Happy to be told otherwise if anyone else has any suggestions.
