I expect that interest rate and hedging policy would be managed at Head Office Treasury and then allocated to the segments, but that product pricing is probably decided by the divisions themselves (just my guess, not confirmed).
Otherwise I agree that all Humm's problems reside in Consumer. Pls see my other post at 814pm today.
