    he has to stand for reelection, every 3 years, so if you got a majority of the votes voting against him then he is gone. Normally you don’t vote your shares in your favour although I don’t think there is a rule enforcing that. So if you got a 50% vote against him of the remaining shares then he isn’t reelected. If he does vote his own shares then you would need almost all the remaining shares to vote him out.

    To be honest I think the last thing Hum needs is another board upheaval and I think many share holders would feel the same. Let’s see how the next few reporting periods go and whether they are turning things around.
