Very pleasing how the Chairman (here) and other Directors have financial interests aligned to institutional and retail holders.
I've had the privilege of meeting the Chairman: an enjoyable chat.
While individuals' financial and family circumstances differ and Directors of any listed company have the right to sell shares (unless in a 'blackout' period), that SNL's Directors choose to not take dividends in cash but instead give the business more capital to hopefully sensibly invest is in contrast to a company I sold out of, JLG as a couple of key Directors at the latter fairly regularly sell some of their shares.
Insurance claims reconstruction expert and owners' corporations manager JLG is a good outfit but SNL is more like plumbing supplies behemoth REH. The two latter companies don't ever (REH) or rarely (SNL) see scrip offloading by such key individuals.
