Always good (within reason) to see a Director purchasing more scrip.
Median price (presumably including brokerage) was A$2.4269, so given the SP mid afternoon is $2.42, this should give small retail holders a confidence boost.
I lack specialist knowledge but surmise there may be more synergies to gradually come from the Oceania acquisition. We can't expect any accretiveness to be magically huge at the snap of fingers: it takes hard work, business acumen and given inevitable day-to-day distractions, time.
