Why not just make the incentive targets a combination of NPAT based (year on year) and share price?
I don't even bother looking because if the targets were directed towards the benefits of all shareholders (including small holders) then all of the overpriced influence driven acquisitions (PRIME, ARN etc.) would be off the table.
