Okay then, here's a very simple challenge.

Articulate one single piece of tangible, demonstrated progress which has been made.

Four years ago there was a pilot plant which operated at around 5% of nameplate and was mothballed (let's not even bother discussing how much of a failure that made it). They proved that much and you claim it did what it was supposed to do.

Fast forward to today. They have still never produced at a greater percentage of nameplate. What can the 2KTPA plant do which the 500TPA can't (respective of scale)?

What technical hurdle which prevented AGY being able to successfully get the pilot plant to nameplate has been jumped in the last four years?

Name a single technical problem which hampered the 500TPA plant which has been solved in the last four years.

If you can not articulate anything like this, you can not claim they have *demonstrated* any technical progress in the last four years.

No one here, certainly not me, has ever claimed they have not made any progress at all behind the scenes, I have always made a point of saying I assume there must have been at least some tiny amount of technical progress behind the scenes, so don't repeat that lie as a decoy. But if you can not actually name a single demonstration of technical progress, which obviously you can't, this is just yet another case of you being absurd and hypocritically accusing someone else of such.
