We all know there are milestones incoming related to permitting, partnership and the plant.
The WHEN is critical because some here assert that a director would have to / likely have inside knowledge of WHEN those milestones will land.
I put it to you that wrt the timing of these things, the directors may not have any more insight than the broader market.
Some are pushing a notion that they would/must/should know specific timing in advance, and therefore wouldn’t buy stock anywhere near those milestones happening.
I am simply noting that market is more than aware that these milestones are incoming, and the directors don’t necessarily have insider knowledge as to when.
Would they become aware of these things prior to the market? Sure, but we would find out “immediately” as per the listing rules i.e. the same or next day, usually.
But that’s not what is being presented here - some are referring to “weeks”.

Ps that earlier post of mine you dug up stands, as the directors do have access to more insight than us through their access to Pablo etc, but that does not necessarily mean that they know weeks in advance when the upcoming key milestones will land. Another “gotcha” fail. Apples and oranges.

Fwiw I expect the next news to be related to permits or the plant. Imo the partnership will come a bit later, as the parties reconvene after these other milestones.
imo there is no reason to assume or expect that key news wrt the plant progress would be “known in advance” by the directors; and it follows, imo, that being “certain” of no key news on this front in the weeks ahead, is not well founded.
