So we need to see a repeat of the lows before AGY begins a serious rise?
Obviously a low is as low as it gets. What's to say it can't go as low as it has been before? I'm not suggesting it is going to happen to AGY, but there is no guarantee it won't eventually go into administration as many other companies do.
It's bizarre when people say things like this as though it somehow indicates that things look positive. Things don't just automatically get better because they are bad, and there's no mystical level for things to bounce off. AGY will bounce when/if it demonstrates it can actually be successful in producing lithium carbonate in an economically viable way. It has never done that and the claim that it could do so is no longer plausible. It may get there soon or after a long wait or never, but it hasn't actually done it and that's now clear.
