You should do some sector research mate. The "early stage developer" you are referring to just secured an option to pick up $1b worth of ready-made capital infrastructure for cents on the dollar. That "early stage developer" will be spitting out hundreds of thousands of tonnes of spod years before AGY commissions the 10 ktpa expansion.
