I guess you are talking about performance shares - and you are right to bring the issue forward because they can be and are abused.

However for AW1 this team under this MD has DISCOVERED what could be a globally significant copper project - and very quickly too.

Think in terms of 10 years minimium from exploration to first metal pour - so how good is this if the ore sorter path is taken and DSO ore starts shipment 2024 or 25 ?? - just 3 or 4 years from acquisition.

The question of whether performance shares are valid to accelerate the respective Company forward is worthy of discussion - but in the current arrangements, AW1s case is a standout as a performance driver benefiting all stakeholders, and rewarding excellence.

On another Issue --
I wonder if pictures of snow covered ground are turning off investors because of suggested delays.
Thinking about that I reckon movement of goods and equipment will be easier over snow - specially if well compacted, so now is a good time.

For comparison I have held shares in an oil well in Alaska, and there the movements MUST be made while the tundra is frozen - when the thaw sets in the rigs are stuck.
At our Storm, the thaw will quickly run off or soak into the rocky stony ground, but there may be some slush !! IMO that's why the boots are on the (snow) now.
Drilling will get underway very soon, and (again IMO) these seasonally low prices will soon be a thing of the forever past.
