You are correct both are dog stocks with histories .. yet in DTR case it does have a sizeable Gold resource and recent drill results hitting high-grade Gold in the felsite breccia unit gives real chance to grow Gold resource past 1Moz+ ...

share consolidation in CHK yes makes sense when the SP is trading in the low sub cent range
DTR case not needed at present
mgmt Share holding well CHK last CEO resigned with 8mill shares + heap free opts ..new CHK mgmt/board have loaded up .0012 +free opts to the tune of 269mill for Fadi Diab NED + new CEO Faheem Ahmed I'm guessing is Kobala Investments Pty Ltd with 209mill+free opts

yes you will need a massive re-rate to see your money back
I'm more than happy if DTR can spike past 2c-3c as my average is just over 1c
