    What do you mean "Not allowed to get a top holder list"?? Is your significant partner or parents telling you you can't? The company is obliged to make their register available to whoever asks for it. If you are a shareholder you should get it for free, if not then they provide it for a fee.

    NOR is a public company, think about that...
