My point was that much of the Directors wealth and/or potential wealth is in the DRO options. Therefore it would be unwise to put more discretionary funds in the same pot.
Many options granted to Directors have expired worthless. It's common sense to exercise when they are in the money.
That said I buy and sell DRO as the price fluctuates. I sold at $AU1.00 and bought back in at $AU.82.
You don't go broke taking profits.
