Note that Peter James is the only man on the board that was actually eligible to participate in the SPP. Both Oleg Vornig and Jethro Marks are non-holders. Both of them also couldn't be bothered to buy on market when the share price was at the SPP price.I'd say the good gentleman earned his reward. As the only person on the board with a shred of integrity regarding his position... yes, I agree.
