    And if I'm going to disagree with Tadpole, I probably have to disagree with you too. It is not "diversifying your investment". It is standard practice that directors hold many/all of their shares while they work for the company. The entire reason companies do bonus shares is to align the interests of the directors with the interests of the shareholder. If it was just to compensate them, they'd just give them cash. So multiple directors selling literally 100% of their shares is very poor form. In the business world, it's not an unspoken rule. It's spoken. You don't dump your shares until after you leave. If you have to sell some, righto. Have a reason to tell shareholders, and dont sell all. And definitely dont do it repeatedly. It was very poor form from the directors.
