The way I see it, even the base value of the asset is close to $45 mil, while our market cap is only $4 mil. Yes, the price is slowly being pushed down, but if the company were to sell the asset to a buyer like GMA, we could potentially exit with a 10x return.
Also there is barely anything on the sell side- this could quickly get up to 10c within a day!
