Most rights prospectuses say the directors intend to take up their rights. That's not even a guarantee that they will, but at least they commit to an "intention". The directors here can't even do that.
Also, guess how many shares the directors bought in the SPP last September? If you guessed a positive number, you lose. The answer is zero.
