No, we are already a laughing stock.

As bad as a Board Member having zero shares in his own company, I reckon this bit is the best part:

"The Board recommends all Shareholders take up their Entitlements. The Directors reserve the right to take up their respective Entitlement in whole or in part at their discretion."

Those greedy, incompetent, mother-lovers, are recommending to the great unwashed that we boost the company's coffers... when (to date) they themselves have tipped in just $717.50 between the four of them (and that was on market - the other three have not taken up any of thier entitlement - in fact, they may well have SOLD their rights on market to Welchy!!!)

I guess we can add hypocrisy to the epithets that need to be used to describe this mob.
