What a Disgraceful situation imo. Massive obscene remuneration earnt over the past 3 yrs (double industry average), imo. Delivered massive SP collapse since took over as MD, SP from 4.9c to 0.003.
Massive losses experienced from actual SH’s, then unacceptably rewards himself all these free performance shares and still hasn’t bought a single share in almost 8 yrs as CFO and now MD imo.
This is an Absolute disgrace imo and what’s even worst is hardly any SH’s voted against this. Pathetic turn out by SH’s. Unbelievable, back to my holidays now in Turkey for next 3 weeks.
