    You need to see the trading transactions. There are small orders sometimes in double digit volume to push the price down. This is not retail trying to sell to average down. And why would you do that considering all the ann have been positive and global markets flying high? This can only be orchestrated by someone with large holding and the confidence that the SP will not fly high anytime soon despite all of the positives.
