No need for a CR, BM8 already has 1.7M$ in cash + 35M EQN shares (worth ~ 13M$), that’s a total of around 15M$ (by the way EQN looks to be in a bullish uptrend)! This makes BM8 extremely undervalued & in a very good position!
Directors buying on market is also a very good sign, shows a lot of confidence in what’s coming next imo!
