As you have followed him in other ventures you would know that it’s not DW’s style, he values his reputation amongst his fellow investors and prides himself in delivering success to shareholders.
More interesting is who bought the 16mil off MA? Let’s see if if he has finally finished selling and is happy to sit on his remaining shares as it could be his best investment even if not involved in the management of the company anymore.
Looks like someone is taking a large position, we won’t know as a substantial holding would need to be around 28mil to be official.
Great that DW is showing the market his belief in the stock and has started buying again.
The trading window allows for one more week of insider trading, let’s hope he gets excited and buys up the whole sell side.
The kicker for me if some good news comes out shortly that the new CEO has used his industry network ties and has lined up some new brokerage/ technology partners to pay for subscription packages?
