Resolution 6 – Approval for Managing Director
Incentive Shares
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass with or
without amendment, as an ordinary resolution
the following:
“That, for the purposes of Listing Rule10.14 and
for all other purposes, approval is given to the
issue of 2,500,000 Incentive Shares under the
Plan to the Managing Director of the Company,
Mr Alex Cheeseman (or his nominees), on the
terms and conditions in the Explanatory
Memorandum.”
