I am not in favour of the current setup of this BOD but to be fair to PC he probably needs the cash to pay for tax or bills etc.
Its not a lot of shares compared to what he has and is selling at the low as opposed to at the high and proceeding to do a capital raise shortly after for a massive discount (which was way sketchy imo)
Its highly likely he mis calculated his tax bill (he seemed to always mess up the SYA financials LoL.)
