Yep just double checked that announcement Southsfan and I think you may be right I didn't pick up on it previously because it was under National Exchange Pty Ltd. rather than the personal name.
I'm still amazed at the scale of them having a 22 million dollar stake in the company.
Certainly not the kind of substantial shareholder that I was hoping for.....
