Am very surprised by this.
The timing is irregular with an announcement expected any day on the seismic sharing license approval due.
This hardly gives an impression of confidence in the future prospects for PCL.
Having said that we cannot rule out that Vensa has a very pressing need for cash.
What else would be the reason for selling 6million head shares at the lowest price point they have been at for quite some time.
I think we are owed some sort of explanation.
