Thinking out loud - has to be for personal or other financial reasons.
Good news incoming - would hold off.
Bad news coming - would get pulled up.
Tax reasons - would be best to sell after 1 July to defer any liability until the next year.
Especially given the final point, surely could've waited another week, which is why it appears strange to me.
