If I had 15M shares in SPR I would have to sell about $4M worth of shares to for tax so can see where he is coming from , would have been nice if it had been stated as offmarket to a someone like Bill Beument or Gina or Twiggy or Kerry Harmanis or even the Nero Fund though to add a bit of pizazz .
